First post - preparing for Thread

We are excited to be taking part in Thread - a new show at Farnham Maltings for lovers of sewing. It takes place on Sunday 3rd November, so if you are in the vicinity drop by and say hello. You'll be able to see inspiring examples of past students' work and get a feel for exactly what our courses offer. 

I'm busy preparing packs of the quirky hand dyed and painted fabric we use in our quilts, plus some threads too, so you could come away with the start of a project!

There will be lots of things to see and do, including workshops, talks and the 'Best in Sew' competitions. Not to mention all the other exhibitors - it's going to be a really great show, and the first of many I hope. For more information, check out their website here.
