We are very laid back here in the studio, but we do need a few 't's and c's' just to keep everything fair and equitable. So please take a few minutes to read the terms and conditions for all our courses and workshops. If you have any questions do contact us before booking.

Workshop bookings
Gift vouchers - terms and conditions
- Each voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue (but if you have a specific course you wish to purchase outside this time contact us and we'll be happy to accommodate you).
- Vouchers bought from this site (rather than InStitches Creative Shop) may be redeemed against workshops and courses only, as full or part payment. They cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.
- No change will be given, but if only part of the value is used to pay for a course or workshop the remaining credit will be logged on our database for use later in the year.
- By purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to us keeping basic demographic details (name and contact details) on a database for the purpose of administering the gift voucher scheme only. This data will not be used for anything else and we will not sell it to third parties!
- We will endeavour to dispatch your vouchers by first class post within three working days of receiving your order and payment. Please ensure you order in good time if your voucher is required for a special occasion.
Data protection
By completing the booking form and booking on a workshop you give us permission to store the details you provide (name, email address and phone number) digitally for the purposes of providing you with course information and administration of your booking (invoicing etc).
Your data will be kept secure. We work with trusted partners to provide our service to you. You can read our full privacy policy here.

Photography
We often take photographs of students working and their work for use on our promotional materials (website, Facebook, Instagram and newsletter). If you do not wish your work to be featured please let us know at the start of your course.
