Weave a willow reindeer with Judith Needham

Spend time with willow weaver Judith Needham and make a very special reindeer  this Christmas.

Picture
Autumn is here and dare we say it... it's time to be thinking about Christmas! So we have invited Farnham based willow weaver, Judith Needham, to the studio to show you how to make your very own willow reindeer.  Standing approximately 45 cm he(or she!) will be perfect to  display on a windowsill or table.  Add some twiggy antlers and decorate with some fairy lights if you wish.

Using  a whole range of basketry techniques, you get lots of learning in this class as well as a really impressive item to take home with you! Working with the natural, sustainably grown Somerset willow Judith will show you how to use her random weave technique, along with a couple of her very own tips and tricks.
