During this workshop, you will explore the possibilities of combining drawing, colour, mixed media, paper as fabric, and stitched textile techniques.
This will be an experimental workshop, focusing on exploration and the process of discovery through making. Stewart will be encouraging you to come with an open mind, a willingness to try and a sense of adventure!
Over the 2 days you will have four workshops, on day one you will have a sensory drawing workshop followed by an exploring stitch and on day two you will explore collage and create form by constructing 2 and 3 dimensional shapes,
There will be home-made biscuits with morning coffee, a light seasonal lunch and an enticing cake with a pot of afternoon tea. So why not treat yourself and spend a day being creative in the company of friends?
